To go along with their theater venue, Lindsey & Greg wanted an invitation suite that screamed elegant, art deco affair and of course I was all in for something different! Incorporating their colors of gold, teal and blush, we paired an ivory paper stock with a gold pocket folder and dark teal backer while throwing in subtle hints of blush throughout the design. The custom crafted border on the invitation offers an elegant mix between art deco and classic theater architecture and of course the gold was a must for a theater wedding. The invitation paired nicely with coordinating envelopes and a nice monogram sticker for the finishing touch. Lastly, we pulled all of the invitation details into the ceremony program, featuring four pages full of ceremony details.
It is so fun to work with clean, modern design aesthetic and step away from the script fonts from time to time. It really allows you to venture out creatively and come up with something timeless.
