So, you may be asking how this all works…instant download and editable in Canva…all from Etsy? Yep, it’s easy really, so here are some simple steps to follow:
Click above on a seating chart example to go to the listing in Etsy.
Purchase the seating chart in Etsy and download the PDF file that will be provided when your purchase is complete.
Click on the link in the PDF file for the variation (horizontal or vertical) and you’ll automatically be sent to Canva. (If you don’t have a Canva account, you can set one up very easily — even using your Google credentials.)
Once in Canva, you simply click and edit. You can change colors, text and more! Move your guest names around easily with just a click and push of the mouse.
Then, download your completed Canva edited seating chart to a printable PDF and share with your local printer to have your 24x36 inch seating chart printed. Easy peasey!
